   ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – CLINICAL PACKAGING OPERATIONS – GTA – to $120K.   
      
   Clinical Trials Supplies Packaging is a unique service offering in the   
   Pharmaceutical Industry.  We’re looking for a Packaging Manager who can   
   handle the intricacies of Clinical Packaging mandates or someone with   
   actual experience in managing Clinical Packaging projects.   
      
   Responsibilities include: Leading management of the global clinical   
   packaging project management operations while directing high quality   
   standards of CP label designs. This includes oversight of day-to-day   
   work and communication to stakeholders as well as Managing the   
   departments revenue stream.  Lead the development of the infrastructures   
   for the CP group, including but not limited to general Quotations and   
   Project Management functions including maintaining formal documentation   
   standards.   
      
   The incumbent will also lead Technical and Scientific discussions during   
   meetings with prospective clients ensuring that clients are aware of all   
   CP group capabilities.   
   Other position details:  Overseeing the implementation of a clinical   
   labeling system and establishing packaging and label design processes,   
   setting and monitoring performance objectives and career development for   
   Project Management group including leading, guiding and motivating all   
   members of the group.   
      
   We’re looking for someone with at least 10 years of Pharmaceutical   
   industry experience who holds a minimum B.Sc.  Project Management   
   experience is also required.  You should have at least 5 years of   
   experience managing and developing direct reports.  An MBA or PMP would   
   be assets for the role.  M.Sc. or PhD would be highly regarded and prove   
   to be an asset when called upon for high level Scientific acumen and   
   direction.  You must be able to motivate people and develop a service   
   delivery group that realizes its service offerings potential and is   
   determined to become the ‘best’ in its class.   
      
   Salary range is $90-120K, commensurate with experience.  Bonus and
