   Office Administrator / Bookkeeper - Full Time Temp (6+ months)

   Primary Duty - To provide administrative services including bookkeeping,   
   payroll (Simply Accounting)   
      
   Miscellaneous Duties to include + training in:   
      
   To provide support for postings for all existing and new vacant positions.   
      
   To assist with the generation of sales (sales support) when requested in   
   areas of IT consulting   
      
   To assist and generate bid responses to RFPs / RFSA's and any other supply   
   requests.   
      
   To provide any client support as needed at the direction of the Employer by   
   contacting consultants to ensure availability and request updated resumes.   
      
   To act as the Company Security Officer and process all security clearance   
   requirements.   
      
   To properly initiate and monitor such administrative paper work as necessary   
   to facilitate contract processing,  TA processing, on-going work and payment   
   and to generate any reports as required by the Employer.   
      
   To work with our Consultants in the field to support them with any enquires   
   in relation to payments, invoicing, cheques and general contract and   
   communication support enquires.   
      
   Resume database input, Target Search candidate information input, general   
   office supply purchases, Scheduled Server backups, Software procurement, Job   
   Fair Liaison etc.   
      
      
      
      
      
   Bilingualism would be considered an asset
