   Microtime Inc is in need of an Information Management Architect for a new   
   government contract in the Ottawa area.  Our client is looking at   
   establishing an Information Management (IM) Strategy and Action Plan to   
   bring the organization in line with Government of Canada (GoC) polices and   
   procedures.  They are currently looking to obtain the services of an   
   Information Management (IM) specialist to assist in the development of an IM   
      
   Strategy and Action Plan for the implementation of said strategy.
