      XPost: ont.jobs, ott.jobs, tor.jobs       From: d.roganovic@calian.com              Type of Assignment: Contract, full time              Length of Assignment: From contract award until March 31, 2010.              Job Description:       • Installing and configuring new or upgraded PC workstations, portables and       computer peripherals;       • Maintaining PC workstations and peripherals;       • Identifying and resolving workstation-related hardware and software issues;       • Providing end user support and coaching as it relates to the use of the       workstation;       • Installation, configuration and support of the Lotus Notes client to include       e-mail, databases, calendaring       and       shared functionality;       • Utilization of an incident management system to document, track and update       activities related to service       incidents,       from initiation to completion;              Mandatory Qualifications:       • 2 years experience in providing end user support and training as it relates       to identifying and resolving PC       workstation-related hardware and software issues;       • 2 years experience in utilizing incident tracking systems to track and       update incoming service incidents,       from       initiation to completion;       • 2 years experience installing and configuring Microsoft XP, Blackberry       Desktop Manager, WordPerfect       Office       2002, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, MS Office, Lotus Notes 6.5.5 or 8       including e-mail, databases, calendaring       and       shared functionality;       • 2 years experience utilizing Service Centre.       • Reliability security clearance              Education Requirements:       • Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary       educational program in computer       science       or information technology              The Business and Technology Services Division of Calian augments customer       workforces with flexible short and long       term       placements of individuals and teams, provides access to critical recruiting       capabilities and delivers outsourcing       services in a       variety of technical and professional functions.
