   Job Description:   
   •	Installing and configuring new or upgraded PC workstations, portables and   
   computer peripherals;   
   •	Maintaining PC workstations and peripherals;   
   •	Identifying and resolving workstation-related hardware and software issues;   
   •	Providing end user support and coaching as it relates to the use of the   
   workstation;   
   •	Installation, configuration and support of the Lotus Notes client to include   
   e-mail, databases, calendaring   
   and   
   shared functionality;   
   •	Utilization of an incident management system to document, track and update   
   activities related to service   
   incidents,   
   from initiation to completion;   
      
   Mandatory Qualifications:   
   •	2 years experience in providing end user support and training as it relates   
   to identifying and resolving PC   
   workstation-related hardware and software issues;   
   •	2 years experience in utilizing incident tracking systems to track and   
   update incoming service incidents,   
   from   
   initiation to completion;   
   •	2 years experience installing and configuring Microsoft XP, Blackberry   
   Desktop Manager, WordPerfect   
   Office   
   2002, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, MS Office, Lotus Notes 6.5.5 or 8   
   including e-mail, databases, calendaring   
   and   
   shared functionality;   
   •	2 years experience utilizing Service Centre.   
   •	Reliability security clearance   
      
   Education Requirements:   
   •	Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary   
   educational program in computer   
   science   
   or information technology
