   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a seasoned Electronic Content & Records Management Project   
   Manager to assist our client in the procurement and installation of a   
   commercial "off the shelf" solution that incorporates Document and Records   
   Management, Workflow, Web Content Management, Imaging, and Collaboration in   
   their current IT environment. The successful candidate will have extensive   
   knowledge and expertise in enterprise content management systems and   
   alignment with Model Requirements for Management of Electronic Records   
   Version 2 (MoReq2).   
      
   Profile sought: 1) serial PM who specializes in electronic records & content   
   management implementation projects (3rd party solutions) or 2) seasoned PM   
   with broad enterprise application implementation project experience & have   
   managed a successful solution design, implementation and roll out of ECM   
   systems, typically into local or central government or corporations   
   concerned with Business Frameworks to tackle key content management   
   challenges, such as document and records management, correspondence tracking   
   and contract management.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   Candidate must have 5-7 years of Project Management experience (i.e.   
   personally led & project managed large IS projects with demonstrable   
   results,) and 5-10 years of ECM experience in areas such as vendor/client   
   relationship management, end to end project management,   
   implementation/development, testing, change management, support &   
   maintenance, etc. Candidate will need to define, control, manage and deliver   
   to; scope, risk, quality, schedule, budget, resources, stakeholders and   
   thoroughly understand enterprise software product implementations across an   
   organization following standard project management practices.   Proven   
   experience as a strong PM in implementing Enterprise Content, Document and   
   Records Management Systems into an environment with over 3,000 users;   
   experience managing full project P/L responsibility; and an understanding of   
   ERMS. An ERMS is primarily an application for managing electronic records,   
   though it may also be used to manage physical records. The emphasis of this   
   specification is firmly on the management of electronic records. The   
   management of electronic records is complex, requiring a large range of   
   functionality, meeting business needs, to be implemented well.  A strong   
   understanding of large Document and Records Management systems such as   
   (Documentum, Opentext, DocuWare / Aurora, etc.) is required.   
      
   ** Please note this is a Project Management role, we are not looking for PMO   
   managers or Program Managers. This is an implementation project not a   
   strategic planning project (this has been completed). Some understanding of   
   MoReq2 (which is written primarily to describe application software that is   
   designed expressly to manage records i.e. defines generic requirements for   
   an electronic records management system (ERMS)) would be beneficial.
