   Microtime Inc requires the service of one or more Business Analysts for a   
   long term contract with a public sector client.  Candidates need to be   
   client savvy and personable, with strong listening skills.  They must be   
   able to understand business rules and requirements quickly, and be able to   
   walk the client through possible solutions to the client's business needs.   
      
      
      
   The successful candidate will be working with a team, and must be able to   
   interact with Project Managers, other analysts, developers, and various   
   stakeholder groups.   
      
      
      
   The environment is an Oracle Backend, Java, J2EE, CVS, and Maven (build   
   software).   
      
      
      
   Requirements:   
      
   -8 years experience as a Business Analyst;   
      
   -Experience in Business Process Re-engineering;   
      
   -Experience in Business Process Modeling;   
      
   -Experience in Business Process Transformation; and,   
      
   -Government of Canada Security Clearance.   
      
      
      
   Bilingualism is an asset.
