   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking an experienced writer, with a background in Information   
   Technology, to author high level IT strategy, architectural and related   
   documents.  Deliverables will potentially include:  1) IT Strategic Plan   
   (update only); 2) regulatory filings; 3) high level architectural strategy   
   documents; 4) funding request documents; and 5) briefing documents.   
   Candidate will join the IT architecture team and participate in upcoming and   
   in progress projects.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be effective in this capacity, candidate must be skilled in assimilating   
   information from various sources including existing documentation, project   
   materials and verbal briefings; eliciting additional information from   
   subject matter experts and other stakeholders; documenting complex   
   multi-faceted information and concepts in a clear, concise and business   
   friendly manner; presenting completed document drafts for review and   
   revision; participating and contributing in working sessions; and providing   
   regular status updates.  Mandatory: relevant experience from large   
   organizations, adeptness dealing with all levels of staff from project team   
   members up to executives, and should have experience producing some or all   
   of the contemplated deliverables noted above. Knowledge of strategic level   
   planning activities/processes would be an asset.
