Our client is implementing a third party       application which comes with some generic documentation. The objective is       to work with our client's departments to understand how they will use the       software application and what changes have been made to the application, and       the processes/procedures involved, and then effectively adapt/customize the       available documentation to reflect our client's usage. This may involve       writing brand new documentation as required. The documentation required       will be for the following departments: 1) Help Desk (technical support       documentation); 2) Finance (administration processes documentation); and 3)       End Users (user manual). Client interviews, information gathering and       meetings will be conducted onsite.
