   Microtime Inc requires the service of one (1) Enterprise Technology   
   Architect and one (1) Business Architects for a short term contract with a   
   public sector client.   
      
   Must have minimum 10 years experience developing business cases for federal   
   departments or agencies   
      
      
      
   Must have minimum 10 years experience developing strategic or tactical plans   
   for federal IM/IT organizations   
      
      
      
   One resource must have a minimum 5 years experience with Enterprise   
   Architecture.   
      
   The Business Architect resource must have a minimum 10 years experience in   
   Information Management within the last 15 years.   
      
      
      
   The Technical architect must have ITIL Certification   
      
      
      
   The Business Architect resource needs to have at least 10 years experience   
   developing IM business cases involving the introduction of content   
   management solutions, such as records or document management, web, e-forms   
   or collaboration.   
      
      
      
   In addition the follwoing individual skill s/ experience are required:   
      
      
      
   Business Architect :   
      
      
      
   Experience in the development of costed business cases for an enterprise IM   
   initiative for a geographically dispersed organization with multiple office   
   locations   
      
      
      
   Experience in the development of a costed business case for an RDIMS (e-Docs   
   or ECM LiveLink) implementation for a geographically dispersed organization   
   with multiple office locations, within the Government of Canada.   
      
      
      
   Experience in the development of a costed business case for the   
   implementation of a collaborative tool, for a geographically dispersed   
   organization, with multiple office locations and externally stakeholders.   
      
      
      
      
      
   Technology Architect:   
      
      
      
      
      
   Experience evaluating one or more of the following software packages for   
   integration with existing tools:   
      
      
      
   ·         Microsoft SharePoint 2007   
      
   ·         LiveLink ECM   
      
   ·         Autonomy   
      
   ·         Cogniva ISIS   
      
      
      
   Experience in the development of  integrated Information Management, Systems   
   and Technology Strategic Plans for government departments or agencies.   
      
      
      
      
      
   Experience in the development of  Tactical Plans for government departments   
   or agencies.   
      
      
      
   Experience in the development of costed business case for the implementation   
   of an Enterprise Architecture Program   
      
      
      
   Experience in the development of comprehensive governance models for   
   government IM, IS, IT, CPM and II(EA)   
      
      
      
      
      
   Additional Requiremnts For Both Resources   
      
      
      
      
      
   Government of Canada Security Clearance.   
      
   Language - English only
