   Scope of work/responsibilities:   
      
   We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to assist our client with a   
   number of corporate projects and smaller service requests.  Candidate will:   
   1) conduct customer and business interviews, document detailed analysis of   
   end-to-end business processes (current and future state),functional design,   
   process definition, business process and business workflow mapping and   
   action items & issues; 2) conduct solution selection and evaluation and   
   develop strategies & project plans for the implementation of projects (i.e.   
   solution implementation); 3) gather and document complex business and   
   functional requirements using standard tools and modeling techniques; 4)   
   work with business units to overcome conflicts in requirements and arrive at   
   common solution; 5) perform gap analyses, ROI analyses, business impact   
   assessments, business cases, and define constraints, issues, risks, and   
   dependencies; and 6) work with business units to determine and document the   
   business process/workflow changes, and associated training needs, that will   
   be required to support the proposed system changes.   
      
   Required skills/qualifications:   
      
   To be considered, candidate must have 7+ years of business analysis   
   experience, and proven ability to communicate and manage relationships with   
   stakeholders at all levels of business and IT, including business managers,   
   business unit staff, IT staff and the project team, and successfully   
   influence cooperation between stakeholders toward a positive outcome for   
   all.  Adopting our client's project methodology, individual will assist the   
   PMO/project manager with project scoping activities, project planning and   
   scheduling, and updating project documents and budgets as required and guide   
   and complete smaller projects and business requests autonomously as required   
   by the PMO.  Candidate will also identify and document the business need by   
   detailing impacts to the business unit and other functional groups (i.e.   
   identification of related business and process issues, documenting the   
   business case and business value, and determining scope and effort) and   
   define and communicate solution options, evaluate feedback and propose with   
   input throughout from the business unit, IT resources, the PMO, and IT   
   management.  Asset: CBAP or equivalent; accredited or familiar with ITIL,   
   IIBA and IT service management best practices; business process   
   re-engineering (BPR); process/organizational change management; training,   
   etc.
