   Our client requires a strategic thinker who can provide leadership in   
   understanding the issues that determine successful market penetration   
   for some blockbuster pharmaceuticals. With this challenge in mind you   
   will create and introduce into the Business Analytics Department some   
   sophisticated processes and models that will accurately predict new   
   product sales, identify target customers with increased accuracy and   
   analyze the response of recent sales promotion campaigns. You have   
   experience interacting closely with colleagues from sales and marketing,   
   market access, finance, IT and upper management.   
      
   You must have a postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Statistics   
   or a related field along with 4-6 years minimum experience in the   
   pharmaceutical industry. Your background includes a focus on   
   forecasting, segmental analysis of target customers utilizing profiling   
   methodologies and the ability to fine tune the data you receive from   
   sales launches to accurately measure results and improve future campaigns.   
      
   Your technical skills include a minimum of four years with SAS or   
   equivalent and programming with SQL, VB/VBA. As well, you will have   
   worked with statistical databases and systems that supply the   
   pharmaceutical industries with clinically related population information   
   and drug utilization.   
      
   Above all your communications skills in English and French and your   
   ability to nurture relationships internally and externally with key   
   stakeholders is paramount.
