   Manager of Medical and Scientific Affairs – Oncology – Toronto, to $125K   
   base plus bonus   
      
      
   We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Liaison or Medical   
   Advisor with a background in Oncology or Immunology and a few years   
   leading or supervising project teams in the pharmaceutical industry. You   
   must have a Ph.D., Phm.D. or MD designation.   
      
   Your eligibility is based on a strong background in the Professional,   
   Scientific and Business domains within the Pharmaceutical world. This   
   position requires more than an exclusively academic background. As a   
   Medical and Scientific leader in a Pharmaceutical environment, you will   
   have strong leadership experience and dynamic communication and   
   negotiation skills derived from working in a cross-functional position   
   prior to this.   
      
   Your experience in the Canadian healthcare system and marketplace is   
   also crucial for this role, as you will be working in a business,   
   team-based environment on some key pharmaceuticals that are used in   
   Oncology. You will have had experience working with Marketing and Sales   
   teams in helping them build their strategic and tactical plans. As well   
   you have had experience gathering and presenting the quantitative   
   reports that support key decisions surrounding the allocation of   
   additional resources for clinical drug trials, marketing and sales   
   campaigns. You must feel comfortable making presentations to Senior   
   Management. Travel requirement will be 10% or less.   
      
   Salary is negotiable and is in the $115K - $125K range plus bonus. The   
   location is Toronto.
