   QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER - $80K PLUS 10% BONUS - GTA   
      
   We are looking for a QA Manager to provide oversight for on-the-floor   
   and release quality assurance activities developing systems and   
   procedures to ensure quality product is manufactured, packaged and   
   released into the market.   
      
   The incumbent will ensure documentation for components and raw materials   
   is reviewed and meets requirements prior to determining final   
   disposition. This position also provides oversight for QA activities   
   related to the manufacturing and packaging of products and ensures   
   manufacturing, packaging and laboratory documentation is reviewed and   
   meets requirements prior to determining a final disposition.  Master   
   documentation is also approved and controlled prior to use by the QA   
   Manager.  This role provides leadership to QA Line Inspectors and QA   
   Auditors through training programs, establishing standard hours and   
   performance reviews.   
      
   You must have: Strong management skills, sound knowledge and application   
   of Health Canada, FDA and ISO regulations, excellent communication,   
   negotiation and interpersonal skills, strong organizational skills,   
   strong technical writing, excellent written and verbal communication   
   skills, good organizational skills and multi-tasking ability, a min.   
   B.Sc. in Chemistry or other fields, Three – five years of Quality   
   Assurance or Quality Control experience in a pharmaceutical or related   
   industry environment, demonstrated managerial ability, ability to   
   effectively analyze problems, to exercise sound judgment and make sound   
   timely decisions.   
      
   Salary range is $75-80K plus Bonus.
