   We are searching for an experienced CME manager for a permanent   
   full-time position in the Montreal area. You will head up a team of CME   
   specialists and provide leadership and a vision for the CME department.   
   Key functions and requirements include:   
      
   ·	Organizing workshops for field application from conception to deployment   
   ·	Development of speaker KOL’s and speaker training   
   ·	Literature Analysis and review of pharmaceutical/scientific   
   information to help build educational programs and tool kits for the   
   field staff   
   ·	Participate in pre-launch activities for newer indications   
   ·	Interact with Global colleagues in CME and Marketing   
   ·	Build market intelligence to educate staff on competitive tactics and   
   strategies   
   ·	Act as a facilitator for Medical Liaisons in educating health care   
   providers   
   ·	Train sales representatives in public speaking for presentations to   
   patient advocacy groups and other stakeholders   
   ·	Develop content for slide shows and other media   
   ·	Approximately five years experience in adult education in health care   
   or pharmaceutical environment   
   ·	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science with credentials in Education   
   (B.Ed.)   
   ·	Supervisory / Managerial experience is preferred but not mandatory   
   ·	Sales experience is preferred   
   ·	Experience in CNS, Oncology, Women’s Health is preferred but not mandatory   
   ·	Bilingual (spoken and written)
