   Manager of Epidemiology, Biostatistics and Evidence-based   
   pharmacotherapy, Montreal $110 - $115K plus bonus   
      
      
   You will work closely with the health outcomes / health economics   
   departments to translate HEOR initiatives and Phase 1V clinical studies   
   into focused and customized solutions to support the development of   
   publications and business cases for a number of Product Listing   
   Agreements and Private Payer presentations. At the same time your   
   minimum four years experience in the health care system working with key   
   opinion leaders and health system managers has provided you with the   
   background and skills to influence Policy makers and ensure favourable   
   Reimbursement decisions for your team. This position encompasses   
   numerous roles and responsibilities such as project management, the   
   selection of key patient databases, input to clinical trial design and   
   management and interface with key stakeholder groups and internal   
   business unit heads.   
   You will be a resource to the commercialization/medical groups for   
   outcomes management and evidence translation support activities.  As   
   well, you will evaluate and contract with external vendors to provide   
   you with patient based utilization information. Ideally, you will have   
   experience in quality improvement initiatives, population management or   
   quality of care programs so you are able to critically evaluate health   
   related data. You have knowledge of outcomes research methodologies and   
   Regulatory requirements that govern research and support product   
   labelling/promotional material.   
   Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in a research related/scientific/business   
   discipline or  MSc./MBA/MPH along with a clinical, scientific background   
   and experience in medicine, nursing, drug development or a related   
   health discipline plus very good project management and budget   
   management skills.   
   You will have responsibility for direct reports, so management   
   experience is an asset.   
   You must have reasonably good skills in French (i.e. functional French).
