       ~ Experience designing/migrating content management systems;   
       ~ Experience with system integration;   
       ~ Experience with large volume imaging systems;   
       ~ Experience implementing functional/performance/security testing   
   strategies;   
   * Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills;   
   verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation   
   skills;   
   * A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.   
      
   Responsibilities and Deliverables:

   * Assume day-to-day planning, management and control of application   
   development and maintenance projects;   
   * Ensure projects meet the requirements of the cluster Project   
   Management Office;   
   * Identify integration and critical path points, including the   
   selection of methodologies, techniques and tools which are appropriate   
   to the project;   
   * Identify and manage initiative level risks, issues and risk   
   mitigation strategies;   
   * Accountable for ensuring the successful completion of all phases of   
   the project from analysis to implementation, including responsibility   
   for scheduling and   
      Monitoring;   
   * Provide regular reporting to Project Management Office and senior   
   management as required.
