   John KingofthePaupers Turmel to All
TURMEL: Crown may PDF Appeal Books to Me
   25 May 15 19:37:26

   From: johnturmel@yahoo.com

JCT: The Crown asked me to pay $600 for the Appeal Book for
the 26 Consolidated Appeals. I responded by asking the Court
to get them to cover the cost and provide and Appeal Book to
all the other Appellants, not just me the Lead Appellant.

Canada consented to pick up the tab for my copy but not
copies for the other 25. So, I thought I'd make it easy on
   them for being nice:
                                              File No: A-342-14
                        FEDERAL COURT OF APPEAL
   BETWEEN:
                           JOHN C. TURMEL
                                                      Appellant
                                and
                       HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN
                                                     Respondent

                         APPELLANT'S REPLY

Canada agrees to fund the Consolidated Appeal Book with no
prejudice to claiming that expense in costs of the appeal.

But Canada is averse to serving a Consolidated Appeal Book
on all 26 appellants because they generally need be served
   only on the lead appellant.

To reduce the costs to the Respondent of keeping all
Appellants informed, Appellant would ask to amend the motion
   that the Crown
       B) serve a copy on all Appellants.

   to

       B) serve a "Print or emailed PDF" copy on all
       Appellants.

Given consent to such alternative, Respondent can now
   inexpensively keep all Appellants informed.

Dated at Toronto on May 25 2015.
   For the Appellant:
   John C. Turmel, B.Eng.,

JCT: Can you think of a simpler solution than to let them
email a PDF to the rest of the Appellants. Hope the Court
thinks so too. Or that the Crown consents.
