|    TURMEL: Crown seeks delay of $250 Electi    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              Department of Justice       130 King St. W. Toronto              June 18 2015              John C. Turmel              Dear Sir:              Re: TURMEL, John v Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Canada       Court File No T-561-15              As you know, on June 8 2015, I wrote to the Federal Court       and requested that a case management judge be appointed for       this matter and to establish a timeline for the next steps       in the proceeding.              JCT: In order to get to the motion for judgment which I'm       skipping right to. So who needs to manage the steps when I'm       skipping right there?              It remains our position that this motion cannot proceed on       June 30, 2015. At this time, the Crown is in the process of       preparing our resonding motion record and is awaiting the       outcome of the request for case management.              JCT: So they can't live within the rules so they ask for a       case management judge with nothing to case manage just to       get their delay.              As such, we will not be serving and filing a responding       motion record at this time.              JCT: Well, they have until June 30 to get it ready because       I'm going to challenge their failure to abide by the       rules. And asking what needs case management when I'm       seeking summary judgment will be fun.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
