|    TURMEL: Voytek Krzyz Quash Motion in St     |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Voytek Krzyz Quash Motion in St Johns NFLD today              JCT: Voytek Krzyz will be presenting his Quash Motion to St       Johns Court in Newfoundland tomorrow morning. He was busted       with his stash in the wrong province and wants it sent back       to where he's legal.              I've prepared a few great moves for him to play at       tomorrow's Motion to Quash on POLCOA and BENO. But the Crown       is going to challenge the hearing without a Notice of       Constitutional Question. I've refused to file one and       Voytek's going to have to defend not filing with the       statement I gave him.              Keep in mind that Newfie Crown Andrew Brown forgot to       include the condition not to use a cell-phone in his Bail       Order and can't fix it. He'd have to have noticed himself       and have a motion ready to hear in Superior Court later       tomorrow. Too much work so he'll probably let Voytek get       away with it.              If he gets stumped, he uses the standard riposte:       "My argument is all in writing, I have no more to say."              It would be nice to watch Keystone Krown Newfie Brown take       a brain-slapping from a thick-accented Polish immigrant       pleading to have his medicine returned to him where it's       legal to possess it.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
