|    TURMEL: New Power Precedent in Nfld Krzy    |
|    14 Jul 15 18:51:42    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Tomorrow, Voytek Krzyz appears in Newfoundland       Provincial to Quash his MedPot charges as unknown to law.              I've introduced an incredibly powerful new precedent that       should blow the Crown out of his shoes. Tell you about it       after tomorrow, want to see how he reacts getting whacked       unexpectedly.              In the meantime, he may try to somehow demean the Quash       motion as for pure stall until Parliament repeals next year.       Of course, is James Turner just going to trial now for his       2006 bust because he used my motions to stall or because       convicting one of my proteges takes maximum time. Get the       difference.              But what's neat is that Justice Phelan is being asked to       vary the Manson decision to allow Voytek to change his       storage site to where he was busted in Newfoundland! Har har       har. So either Parliament repeals or Phelan lets him change       address to become legal here.              And does the Crown really think he's going to convict my       guy, let alone get him to the jury trial, before something       repeals prohibition? Har har har. Then we'll find out how       much it cost to chase Turmel's Wild Goose! Har har har har       har har.              But first, tomorrow is the biggest Quash Motion of my       career. A card popped into my hand that completes the Royal       so perfectly and powerfully that I'll be giddy thinking       about the Crown's predicament all night. But Voytek has the       Statement written in hand to be read into the record and       then the Crown's only option is to cave and withdraw before       the judge can rule! Because the judge will take a brain-       slapping all the appeals to the top.              Stay tuned. This is no hype. The Prohibition Offences could       and should be quashed tomorrow.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
