   JCT: Maxime Gauthier filed his Motion to Quash based on the   
   Smith Bad Exemption for No Offence for hearing 3 days later   
   on Aug 14 2015 in Quebec Superior Court. That would be a   
   decision binding in Quebec. Lots of dropped charges at   
   stake. So 1 Notre Dame, Montreal, Aug 14 9:30am. I'll be   
   there. You should too.   
      
   He says he knows other people charged who will follow.   
   Stalling him will only let more follow before the   
   inevitable.
