   JCT: Two auto caravans, one with Quasher Jon Nesbitt and   
   supporters from the West and the other with Quasher Max   
   Gauthier and 3 more Quashers from Montreal in the East to   
   meet in Ottawa for a protest march before James Turner's   
   Smith BENO Quash hearing in Ontario SUPERIOR Court.   
   Superior's important because it takes down the prohibition   
   for all Ontario like the Rogin decision in R. v. J.P. had.   
   (J.P. are initials of the under-aged kid)   
      
   We're going to meet at the Supreme Court of Canada (301   
   Wellington St.) for a press conference about the relevance   
   of the Smith decision on what we're going. Then march onto   
   or past Parliament Hill depending on security, and down to   
   the Ottawa Courthouse for James Turner's Smith BENO Quash   
   hearing at 2:15pm.   
      
   The Crown has not filed a response in 5 weeks, does not have   
   one, cannot come up with one, and will no doubt be trying to   
   stall the hearing. But Justice Sheard made a commitment for   
   the Court to hear Turner's motion on that date so a Crown's   
   attempt to stall should have quite a rough time.   
      
   Plus, James is going to ask that I get to explain his case   
   for him since his hearing aids aren't very good. Won't the   
   Crown love that.   
      
   Then 4 days later on Friday Sep 4, Jon Nesbitt is in Ontario   
   Provincial Court in Brampton at 10am and they are stuck to   
   answer. It's not binding until Superior Court upholds it in   
   dismissing the Crown appeal, like in J.P. which is why   
   Turner's Quash in Superior is so much more important, it's   
   all of Ontario right away. After the Court of Appeal, it's   
   Canada.   
      
   Then on Sep 23, Max and other Quashers are in Quebec   
   Provincial Court 9am spending time in between looking for   
   others wanting to join the Montreal Quash Brigade.   
      
   I'm amazed no one has helped any friends in other provinces.   
   Just amazed my Goldstars haven't gotten the word out to   
   help in this attack. This is not defence, it's offence.
