   JCT: On Thursday Sep 3 Bernard Boudreault was in Kirkland   
   Lake for the hearing of his Smith BENO Quash motion. Sharon   
   Misener helping him made a commotion trying to bring her   
   BENO sign into the courtroom! Though the Crown had contacted   
   Ottawa for instructions, guess they had none but to stall   
   it. So he came unprepared and got it adjourned to Nov 18.   
      
   On Friday Sep 4, Jon Nesbitt was in Brampton Provincial   
   Court and again the Crown came unprepared and got it stalled   
   to Nov 18.   
      
   Since Aug 4, the Crown on the Defence everywhere with   
   stalling their only move. Har har har har har har. They can   
   run but they can't hide.   
      
   Still, they do get 100 convictions a day so why not stall   
   when it's admitted Smith created another BENO period. When   
   it's over, I'll always make sure to mention how Stephen   
   White and the Ministry of Justice managed to stall the   
   checkmate the extra months that scored the ministry another   
   couple of thousand bogus convictions no one will overturn   
   anyway.   
      
   Can't stall it past Power Play Day Sep 21 at Ontario's   
   highest court. Smith BENO should be in at the top this year.
