From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Robert Neron reports:               RN: Hello john. I was in a conference call with courts.       The new quash papers were filed into my case and justice        Riopelle will reserve his decision       He gave the crown 30 days to file a response       Then he will reserve his decision yes       I not sure we on telephone. It'll be done by writing i        think. As im not in canada till april              The crown did not want to include the new stuff. The judge        allowed it. Justice riopelle can come out any time with his        decision. Mostly any time after the crown file their        response       We back in court Tuesday april 26 10am in timmins       If quash is sucessfull. No trial he said              JCT: So the Crown has 30 days to explain why the Smith Bad        Exemption does not cause a retrospective period of        invalidity as the Hitzig Bad Exemption did. Har har har har        har har. Finally cornered into having to answer in writing.                      --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
