|    TURMEL: Supreme Court nixes Manson appea    |
|    06 Nov 15 07:05:56    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Jeff Harris, Art Jackes, Voytek Krzyz and several       others had been refused standing to appeal the Manson       decision that left them needing amendments to their ATPs and       had sought leave to appeal that refusal to the Supreme Court       of Canada.              On Thursday Nov 5 2015, Supreme Court of Canada Chief       Justice McLaughlin, Justices Moldaver and Gascon dismissed       their applications for want of jurisdiction.              So everyone screwed in the Manson decision have no say but       Beemish and Hebert and they discontinued their appeal for       their needed amendments so everyone needing amendment stays       screwed with them. Thank you Tanya and David.              Sad, I did my best, took it to the top, but Conroy's       discontinuing the right way to go seems to have closed off       everyone's route to relief.              Har har har! And most still think our Judas John Conroy is a       medpot champion. Wonder how they'll feel when they find out       his Beemish and Hebert are the only impediments to asking       the Federal Court of Appeal for everyone's permits back with       theirs. Wonder why they don't want their permits amended any       more?              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
