|    TURMEL: Shawn Tedder & Bernard Boudreaul    |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: On Monday Nov 16 2015, 9am Old Toronto City Hall       courtroom, Shawn Tedder of the Melanheadz bust in Toronto is       in court for a case management hearing. He's had some       interesting adventures trying to get his motions in.              The first week he served the Smith BENO Quash motion, the       Crown refused to accept it. Shawn could have simply said:       "You're served!" and gone to swear he served the Crown       Office before a J.P. or lawyer and filed it with proper       service. He didn't know. But it made things interesting. He       also tried to file a Constitutional Mernagh Plus Why kit and       a Return of Controlled Substance kit.              So at a hearing before Madame Justice Raye with a different       young lady Crown, Shawn pointed out that he wanted a motion       filed and the Crown had refused to accept service. The judge       rebuked the failure to accept service and ordered her to go       make copies before it continued.              After 45 minutes she came back with the copies and Senior       Crown Kevin Wilson who took 3 hours to explain why Turmel       kits should be dismissed summarily.              Judge Raye ruled she accept the motions into the file saying       a Case Management Judge would deal with it on Monday Nov 16       2015, she even noted how filing motions way in advance of       due dates had to help.              So tomorrow, Shawn points out he doesn't want to waste time       on managing the case before finding out if the charges get       quashed.              And since any judge can deal with a S.601 Motion to Amend       (to zero charges), please accept my written submission and I       have nothing more to say.              So, like for Neron, the judge will ask the Crown for a       response he'll plead he needs more time, he'll get a       deadline he'll miss, and then it goes to the judge.              On Wednesday Nov 18, Bernard Boudreault has his Quash motion       slated for Kirkland Lake. Double-Gold-Star Sharon Misener is       stick-handling his paperwork. As usual, no written response       from the Crown.              But both valid shots at getting Smith BENO heard.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
