   "Crown said she's been ready for this quash.  Ready to   
   respond in two weeks but she wanted the hour for oral so the   
   date would get pushed.   
      
   Lol. Judge asked her three times in a row if she's sure   
   there is still a viable prosecution.   
      
   JCT: Wow. I guess he read the motion to be wondering if   
   prosecutions are still viable after Smith. Hope you get that   
   judge again.   
      
   CE: After she said yes, I said it's time to stop taking   
   pleasure in the blood on her hands and to know her role.   
   Judge didnt try to stop my outburst at all on that specific   
   occasion despite his usual rein-in when I go off the tracks   
      
   Jct: Great vibes coming out of Nova Scotia. Loading the   
   docket with new ones should really give the Crown a fright.
