   JCT: Bernard Boudreault was to have his Quash Motion heard   
   and if dismissed, his trial for trafficking 2 ounces! Major   
   bust. Har har har. Crown Mathiew Lambert was seeking 3 years   
   in jail!!   
      
   Sharon Misener reports:   
      
   SM: Hi John. We went to court. The hot shot crown asked do   
   you want to talk,,, Bernard said yes,,,, Crown said WE have   
   to do resolve this today,,, what do you want to do,,,   
   Bernard said i guess its up to you,,,   
   I talked about 2001 charges to 2015 charges being overturned   
   at Supreme Court. Showed some TO paper work from the   
   courts... He said i don't know any thing about that... Then   
   he said to Bernard: if you make me go in that court room and   
   IF I HAVE TO PUT ON A SHOW,,,, YOU'LL GOING TO PAY THE   
   ENTERTAINMENT FEE... YOU WILL GET YOUR THREE YEARS,,, right   
   now i offer you 4months.... Bernard's daughter was there,,,   
   she said dad that's a good deal from 3years to 8 months to 4   
   months,,,, so Bernard i said ask for 60 days,,,, but when   
   Crown came back to see what we decided... He says,,, THERE   
   REALLY MAD I OFFERED YOU 4 MONTHS,,, so Bernard didn't even   
   ask for less... MEANWHILE WE GET IN THE COURT ROOM,,,,,NOT   
   ONE POLICE OFFICER IN COURT ROOM OTHER THEN BAIL   
   LIFT.....JUST judge,,,recorder and another person sitting up   
   there...   
      
   So yes Bernard is happy just to get it over with,,, he said   
   he doesn't mind doing the 4 months,,, will equal 3 months on   
   good behavior..   
   Jct: So did he get bluffed. Did you hear about the guy   
   convicted of growing for for a $10 fine.   
      
   SM: yes he got fooled,,, and yes i have that article,,,   
   about Insfill man,,,   
      
   Jct: He can easily file the getout kit himself.   
      
   SM: yes he doesn't want out,,, oh well,,, he's been in jail   
   before,,, Crown said Marijuana is no big deal any more,,, we   
   know your the Cheech and Chong of Kirkland Lake,,, lol   
   they used a threat,,, on my friend and it worked   
   Jct: Sad, wonder if he'll be in jail when trudeau legalizes?   
      
   Ontario Court of Justice Judge Joseph Maille sentenced   
   Bernard to 4 months.   
      
   So Crown Matthieu Lambert has a new trophy on his wall, one   
   of the last convictions for pushing marijuana on record. For   
   two ounces! Har har har har har har. Wanted 3 years. A   
   champion for justice! After reading about Smith BENO! What a   
   dirty shyster. Har har har har har har.   
      
   And of course, Bernard should have made the deal after   
   finding out if the law was dead or not. But then again, the   
   Crown hadn't prepared a response!!! And got to duck out.
