From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: After Justice Phelan had stayed all Gold Star actions       and rejected interim exemptions for insufficient medical       evidence with only their doctor-signed Authorizations To       Possess, 26 appealed to the Federal Court of Appeal.              Some asked for an interim exemption out of that higher court       and when they were refused, appealed to the Supreme Court of       Canada unsuccessfully and are now back to prove Phelan J.       had no right to demand to see the medical evidence the       doctors had already accepted as sufficient.              Later in the year, we were consolidated into one       Consolidated Appeal with me as Lead Appellant. I finished       the paperwork and just received the date.              Monday Jan 11 2015 2pm, 180 Queen St. W. Toronto, 7th floor.              Here are the Appellants:              A-287-14 Terrance Parker       A-288-14 Raymond Turmel       A-289-14 Stephen Patrick Burrows       A-291-14 Robert Roy       A-324-14 Michael J. Pearce       A-325-14 Stephen Paul Sealy       A-326-14 David Allan Dobbs       A-327-14 Jennifer Clare Dobbs       A-329-14 Michael J. Spottiswood       A-330-14 Rev. Kevin J. Moore       A-331-14 William Mark Chenier       A-332-14 Heidi Chartrand       A-333-14 Arthur MacKay       A-334-14 Jacob Settle       A-335-14 Craig MacDonald       A-336-14 Elsie Gear       A-337-14 Paul Durling       A-338-14 Diane Elizabeth Dodds?       A-339-14 Catherine Peever       A-340-14 Gary Pallister       A-341-14 Cheryle M. Hawkins       A-342-14 John C. Turmel       A-344-14 Luc Leblanc       A-345-14 Jessica Leblanc       A-346-14 Beverly Sharon Misener       A-347-14 Arthur Jackes              Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick.              I would think that Appellants from Quebec, Nova Scotia and       New Brunswick should call the Registry and see if they'll       have a video of the hearing for the other out-of-province       appellants like they did for the Big Event. And this one       only needs 4 courtrooms to be wired.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
