   TURMEL: Heidi seeks Consolidated 26 Appeals televised to 4 provinces'

   Good Afternoon;   
   As you are aware, there are 26 appellants that have been consolidated under   
   John Turmel A-342-14.    
   As you are also aware, the appeal affects patients nationwide and many of us   
   are sick and unable to travel across the country. We would like to request   
   that our upcoming hearing on January 11, 2016 be shown via teleconference just   
   as it was for the April    
   29, 2014 hearing. The hearing in April 2014 was shown in 12 different   
   courthouses. With this particular group of appellants only 4 court houses will   
   be necessary.    
   We, the appellants, appreciate your co-operation in providing us with a fair   
   opportunity to be part of our hearing from the comfort of our own province.
