From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Ray Turmel and Rene Ouellet have filed their Allard       BENO Quash motions on Rene's Crown who now has Ray to deal       with too for hearing on Mar 7 2016.              I've changed the kits, they're now called Allard kits which       also include the Return of Pot motion, all in one. It can       always be adjourned until end of trial if Quash fails.              With Robert Neron's on reserved in Ontario, Chris Enns' in       Nova Scotia, and Voytek Krzyz's in Alberta, it would be nice       to have another in Quebec, then in Newfoundland on Mar 21       for Voytek, and then another in Saskatchewan on April 1 for       Curtis Sears, and Luc Labarre may have found someone in New       Brunswick. Nice to have them all on reserve in 7 provinces.       Just no one from Manitoba, PEI and BC!              Chris Enns reports that the CBC has done a story on the       first use of Allard in the criminal courts!! Hope all the       fights in all the provinces make the news. Newfoundland will       be filed this week and we'll see about getting New Brunswick       filed too.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
