   TURMEL: Thanks to pioneed Heidi Chartrand...    
   Jct: As I work on the Supreme Court of Canada appeal against the Federal   
   Courts leaving the Left-Outs Left Out, I have to once again express my   
   appreciation and gratitude to Heidi Chartrand for persevering with the Court   
   registry to open the hearing to    
   appellants in other provinces which resulted in the Court granting us access   
   to the audio recording.    
   I would bet that's a first ever scored for Heidi. I'd bet now anyone can ask   
   because of the Heidi Precedent. Nothing more fun than seeing personal   
   initiative pioneer new precedents for all.    
   Thanks Heidi, you're a lovable and powerful lady.
