|    TURMEL: Chris Enns' Judge Tax takes more    |
|    03 Mar 16 09:40:49    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Chris Enns' Judge Tax takes more time to hear Allard!              JCT: Chris Enns was in Nova Scotia Provincial Court asking       Judge Tax to put off his decision due today to hear       submissions on how the Allard Bad Exemption cinches his       S.601 motion for No Offence to April 13.              Chris has until Mar 30 to get his submission in.              So I'm glad no judges are liable to come back with a       decision where Allard has not been brought to their       attention. There could be 5 judges on reserved decisions by       Monday night. Seven by April, or more.              Still looking for someone to fight back in BC, Manitoba, PEI       and New Brunswick and make it a complete hand.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
