From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Jason Wilcox forgets about Left-Outs in new plans              Jason Wilcox       Formal Coalition Announcement       Re: Allard              JW: The Crown has till March 24th appeal thus in a few days       Allard is won!              JCT: Actually, 30 days is Mar 25 from Feb 24 with only 29       days in February. But Mar 25 is Good Friday and so they have       until after Easter Weekend until Tuesday Mar 29 to appeal       being ordered to provide for home-growing.              JW: Also we are seeking a motion to very to allow for       address change for those protected under Injunction.              JCT: Note the careful wording: Those protected under the       Injunction. Not Tanya Beemish nor David Hebert, only those       who survived the Manson cull on Mar 21 2014. So asking only       for the few survivors who need to move, not those already       knocked for having moved.              And notice that they'll need raise funds for another motion       to change DG next.              JW: Mr Conroy will be in front of Justice Phelan and       introducing my affidavit with supporting 200+ impact       statements gathered from Coalition members back when we       tried to expand the Injunction during "cross appeal" in       2014,              JCT: Conroy discontinued the appeal to expand the injunction       for the Left Outs Tanya Beemish, David Hebert and others, to       go back to Phelan who said he had no jurisdiction to       overrule Manson, only the appeal to higher judges could and       Conroy discontinued that.              JW: The evidence (200+ impact statements) I submitted       attached to my affidavit has already been introduced in       Allard and accepted.              JCT: And Phelan said he didn't give it much weight.              JW: I wish thank all the brave patients who stepped up and       spoke up via impact statements. Your time and effort in 2014       is now being used again to try and "expand the injunction"       in 2016 to allow address change,              JCT: Too bad they didn't work for Manson and Phelan and too       bad higher judges never got the chance.              JW: If we win and we can change our address its thanks to       the patients willing to take a stand and address the flaws       in the Injunction,              JCT: Doesn't mention the flaw of Beemish and Hebert and       18,000 being Left Out.              Coalition celebration parties will continue and ramp up       after the final date of March 24th 2016 when Allard is       official and uncontested!              JCT: Send some pics of Beemish and Hebert celebrating. I       know my Left Outs won't be.              JW: Thanks to all past and present leaders and members of       the Coalition. This has been a historic journey leading the       Coalition to federal NPO status. We look forward to       continuing to fight to patient rights and the rights of       cannabis users in Canada.       Jason F Wilcox       President/Chair       The Cannabis Rights Coalition              JCT: Pretty losing fighters so far. He pretends everyone won       because everyone got their grows extended, expired or not,       but doesn't mention the Left Outs whose possess permits were       not also extended, expired or not.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
