|    TURMEL: Demanding BENO Quash Motions be     |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Tomorrow, April 20!, Ben Perreault in Montreal and Rene       Ouellet in Quebec City trying to get their Quash motions       heard. I'm so tired of Quebec judges ducking their duty to       act under S.601 to Amend an Indictment promptly when asked       that I've prepared a little blurb Quashers can memorize and       deliver or print and hand in. April 19 2016               TRYING TO GET YOUR QUASH MOTION HEARD              This motion is being considered by 4 judges in 3 other       provinces.       No Constitutional Notice was required under S.601.       None was Trial Judge, all were judges of first instance.              R. v. Neron ON Timmins Superior Court Justice Riopelle       R. v. Krzyz Jasper AB Provincial Court Justice Haggerty       R. v. Enns Halifax NS Provincial Court Justice Tax       R. v. Butler Shelburne NS Provincial Court Justice Burrill              Your Honor is my judge of first instance and have the same       duty to adjudicate my motion as promptly as those other       judges had. JCT: I just want to mention that our most promising judge       will be ruling in just over a week in Jasper Alberta. 28th.       It will be the first decision on the Allard-Smith Quash!!              Sure, there are other Smith Quash motions out there but in       this one, Voytek used Allard a few days right after because       he was busted within the period of the MMPR that has now been       struck down and best of all, he was busted within his       previous MMAR travel limit! Neat eh? So he gets his 6K limit       of pot back. He might have been a few ounces over, those       they can keep.              Plus Judge Haggerty had seemed to have done research on the       history of Quash powers. Hard to believe he won't see the       analogy to J.P. and J.P. wasn't even medical while Voytek       is.              And Judge Haggerty seems nearing retirement age so he may       want to shake up the nation before he goes.              Final note, he heard it all from "Keep It Super Simple" me.       Talk fast and say it once. He seemed to enjoy the pace. So       you can appreciate how rosy things look to me.              Plus, all the judges know some other judges may see the       logic after they said no! Hope that adds righteous pressure       on them all. I do believe that the plethora of motions       across the country, now in 6 provinces, has made them all       take it very seriously.              So thanks everyone who have taken up self-defence. It's an       epic adventure.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
