|    TURMEL: Crown Motion to dismiss all MedP    |
|    29 Apr 16 13:00:53    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              TURMEL: Crown Motion to dismiss all MedPot Gold Star Claims              JCT: The Crown has filed their Motion Record that most of       the people with Gold Star claims for damages have received       by email. You don't have to do anything now.              In a letter to the Court, I told them I would make the one       answer and asked for a live hearing so you may have a say on       the Final Judgment which the Crown has applied to do in       writing.              Regardless, it's just a cheap shot by the Crown and you       don't have to waste any time on it. Like I told the judge,       if he kills your actions without a hearing, then I'll urge       you to fill out the forms to file appeals of his decision.              For those disinclined to read reams of nasty, misleading,       false and lawying argument, I've read into video with my       comments:              Turmel: Crown Motion to dismiss all MedPot Gold Star Actions       without hearing https://youtu.be/OvvHFAg2IuA              Jct: The Crown has filed a motion to dismiss our actions for       damages caused by the unconstitutional MMPR shutting       everyone down. All cheap shots and data misrepresented to       the point it's almost funny. Except for the people who died       for want of their cannabis medicine. This is the whole       motion parsed so you don't have to read it, and with all the       comments and yuks I can throw in.              JCT: Government lawyers should be ashamed of lawying so       much. And it's not just one shyster, it's a whole team.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
