   Jct: Notice how Judge Phelan is staling the juice-oil repeal action too. Mr.   
   Speedy-Justice not. Can't wait until someone writes about his role in stalling   
   repeal. Patients can't get their meds and Phelan's stalling them. Him and   
   Manson, what a murderous    
   tag-team on the patients. But what a great horror story. Bet they make a movie   
   about him some day.
