   JCT: Another judge blows the Quash Motion. Superior Court   
   Justice Marc David:   
      
   Considering the motion invokes arguments that are not   
   pertinent to the facts or laws in play in the present case.   
      
   Considering it's in the interest of justice to reject this   
   motion summarily, (no need to think much on it) because it's   
   doomede to sure failure.   
      
   JCT: Guess he didn't notice J.P. won! Har har har har har har.   
      
   But they had a problem. There aren't that many judges and   
   juries around. They're all booked up in Gatineau and he was   
   offered an opening in St. Jerome a hundred miles away. He said   
   he preferred to stay in Gatineau so they booked him for jury   
   trial on April 30 2018!!   
      
   Judge also ordered him to file his Constitutional motion and   
   witness list by Jan 10 2017. So, even though the law says he   
   has to give one month notice, the judge wants 15 months   
   notice.   
      
   So Rene needs his witness list by Oct 25 and Nicholas by Jan   
   10. Time to start organizing people who were refused by their   
   doctors for non medical reasons.
