   JCT: Last week, Ray and the gang (and me) had a demo outside   
   the Gatineau Courthouse where my niece Marie is facing her 3-   
   clone/3-joint charges in order to find some of the two dozen   
   busted grower ring who were appearing the same day.   
      
   He went to Trois Rivieres to pass out the Quash Kits to   
   another 37 growers busted around there.   
      
   Ray made up a big bouquet of buds on sticks to wave around.   
   Since the cops were totally unfamiliar with him, they arrested   
   him and took him to the station.   
      
   There they tried to contact Health Canada for an hour. When   
   they finally got through, they were told to leave a message   
   and their call would be returned within a couple of hours.   
      
   They finally called back and verified that Ray's papers were   
   legit and he was released.   
      
   But it's sad that people have to spend a few hours in jail   
   getting verified when he had the paperwork in his hand but the   
   cops just didn't know. Not their fault, Health Canada's fault   
   not educating them on how it works.
