   JCT: Ray reports that a friend who just got an exemption had   
   it approved on Nov 30 but the envelope shows it mailed out Dec   
   15.   
      
   Real rush to get medicine to the patients, not.   
      
   It was sent in early September and took 8 weeks to get   
   approved. Guess they're just making sure to use up the 8-10   
   weeks they say it takes them even some of the time for   
   processing is just waiting to be mailed.
