   JCT: Tony Padula was helping some legal exemptee growers and   
   was charged with production of 50 marijuana plants in excess   
   of the licensed production.   
      
   Benoit Perrault told him about our kits just as he was going   
   in to plead. So he laid off his lawyer and file the Quash   
   motion and explained that before he pleads, he has the right   
   to have the motion answered.   
      
   The judge said the motion seemed complex enough that he should   
   set a hearing on June 16.   
      
   Then on June 20, the Montreal 3 Musketeers have their trial   
   which also starts with a Quash Motion.   
      
   But before then, on May 8, Adrian Stuerm has his jury trial   
   open with his Quash Motion heard first.
