|    TURMEL: Court nixes Adrien Stuerm phone     |

From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: I did everything right. Tried to give them 2 full days       notice but prison delays only gave them one. There's one       technicality to reject the motion, not 2 full days. Except he       included the usual request to have the hearing on short notice       due to his prison impediments1 Guess not.              Imagine, Ontario inmates can ask the guard for an Inmate       Notice of Appeal, pass it back signed and have it sent to the       Court of Appeal. When Adrian asked for an Inmate Appeal form,       he was told they have them! Imagine, no inmate appeal forms in       Quebec while there are in Ontario. So he had to wait until we       could get my forms into him. Then more delay for swearing the       Affidavit.              So he has to spend another while in jail while we try to get       his Motion for Release Pending Appeal on the docket.              But he's a perfect Justin Busted! Busted and jailed after       Reneger Trudeau got in with his big talk. After almost 3       years now, I'd guestimate it's hitting 100,000 busts.              And even if most busts end up in plea deals with no criminal       records, diversions into some contribution or community       service, the victims are first bled by the Defence lawyers       while the Crown Attorneys scare them with the large sentences.       It's disgusting how many people Judas Justin has harmed.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
