|    TURMEL: Quebec Court won't accept Inmate    |
|    01 Jun 17 22:39:00    |
From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Caroline received Bordeaux Inmate Adrian Stuerm's signed       Notice for Release Pending Appeal in the mail which Ray just       filed in Montreal this Thursday morning. The Registry pointed       out that an Affidavit that stated everything in the       Application was true may not be good enough, the facts should       come after...              But Ray pointed out the Ali Baba's Open SaysMe Magic Words       "any order to fix anything" which makes it a decision of the       judge and asked for a Direction from a judge.              Sure. As always, the Magic Words always make it past Her       Majesty The Clerk.              Then later today, Caroline got a call from the Registry asking       when he'd like to have his motion heard. So I guess the judge       okayed the glitch as unimportant and he'll now get heard.              The chances of the judge keeping a non-dangerous person in       jail with no risk of flight (4 kids at home) over 65 plants       are almost nil. So let's pray Adrian gets out later today so       he can get back to supporting his family.              Fingers crossed.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
