   JCT: Waylon O'Reilly filed a motion in Federal Court for an   
   interim constitutional exemption to start planting his outdoor   
   crop before the grow season is over after waiting 16 weeks so   
   far. And to plant double since his season is halved.   
      
   He'll have to wait another 2-weeks for his telephone hearing   
   because the Crown asked the Court for more time to respond and   
   Justice St. Louis gave them until July 26 to be reading for a   
   live hearing in General Sittings in Ottawa. That should be   
   worth going to.   
      
   Two weeks seems excessive given he's trying to get started   
   with only a few months left to go. Maybe now he can ask for 3   
   times the plants for 1/3 the season.
