From: johnturmel@yahoo.com              JCT: Dominic Gravel filed a $2 Federal Court Statement of       Claim over the delay in processing his ACMPR grow permit.       There is no delay at all in Possession permits buying from an       L.P. but with only 4 staff, a ton of delay for grow permits.       Remember, Health Canada no longer process Possession permits,       They're the label on the L.P. product. So the ACMPR only deals       practically with grow permits.              And in the old MMAR days, they took 10 weeks max and now we       see them under Reneger Trudeau at over 28 weeks.              Colleen Harris is the 28-week stall. Jeff Harris just filed       his Claim too.              And Dylan McAmmond filed in Saskatchewan.              Everyone's claiming for the value of the prescription during       the time the court rules in excess of what would be       reasonable. Hope they say 2 weeks!              Wonder if Health Canada is attempting to catch up? It'll show       in their stats some day whether a couple of hop-to-it kicks       got them hopping to it.              http://johnturmel.com/delscins.pdf has all the info necessary       to join the fight.              --- SoupGate-Win32 v1.05        * Origin: you cannot sedate... all the things you hate (1:229/2)    |
