TURMEL: Filing Fed Crt $2 Delay claim before 10-week wait

JCT: I was talking to someone who said that he had called
Health Canada and the person he spoke to looked him up on the
computer and told him it was at the start of the process.

They probably say that to everyone. After all, if your
information has been keyed into the computer, what's left to
do but print out the permit? what's the delay to get it to the
printer about? We'll find out when Health Canada's McGuire is
forced to answer Waylon O'Reilly's questions he hasn't
answered yet. So make sure you're in the computer and then
file no matter how long it's been since you mailed it in.

So if you are on the computer, you have reason to expect no
   more delay...

So if you are on the computer, you may file the Statement of
Claim seeking damages for the delay since the date you were
put into the computer and the permit could have been printed
   out!

If you are on the computer, file the Statement of Claim at
http://johnturmel.com/delscins.pdf without waiting the old 10-
   week processing period.
