   JCT: Ray's wife Denise sent in her grow permit renewal 10   
   weeks ago and still hasn't received it with expiry in under 2   
   weeks on Sep 29.   
      
   The last time Health Canada was going to let Ray's permit   
   expire, I got him a Federal Court hearing on short notice on a   
   Friday and Justice Roy told H.C. that if they didn't have Ray   
   renewed by midnight, he wanted to hear from them on Saturday   
   morning to explain why. His permit was issued 11:30pm.   
      
   The Director of Justice Civil division is my old opponent   
   Alain Prefontaine who handles my cases (he told Judge Roy).   
      
   So I sent him this email:   
      
   Turmel: Sister-in-law Permit Renewal 10-weeks, expiry 2 weeks   
   Saturday Sep 16 2017 at 9:44 AM   
      
   Before I have to do another short notice motion as for brother   
   Ray when Health Canada were letting his exemption expire   
   without renewal, I would alert you that his wife, Denise   
   Helene Beaudoin, MCR#3261 has not had her permit renewed after   
   10 weeks. Please take appropriate precautions to save us both   
   wasted time.   
      
   JCT: I wrote Ray's motion on the ride down to Ottawa from   
   Brantford and don't relish doing it again. But it's neat how   
   the 29th is a Friday, again.
