   JCT: Yesterday I posted a message I sent to the Director   
   General at the Ministry of Justice warning him that if Ray's   
   wife Denise's medpot permit isn't renewed on time by Sep 29,   
   I'd have her in front of a Federal Court judge on short notice   
   like I did last time they were going to let Ray's exemption   
   expire. He's been battling me since 2000 with the Judicial   
   Review of Jean Charles Pariseau, Canada's first exemptee   
   granted a license to grow 3 plants that were supposed to   
   provide him 1g/day. Now they allow 5 plants per gram.   
      
   Dylan McAmmond's exemption expires on Tuesday Sep 19th! And   
   he's been waiting 14 weeks since June 8. So I sent Mr.   
   Prefontaine another email informing him we'd be in court on   
   Tuesday if he didn't hop to it today.

   Here's another renewal being perilously stalled. Could you   
   make sure we don't go to court?

   My registration certificate expires this Tuesday (September   
   19th). I filed the Statement of Claim and it was accepted, was   
   told I would be mailed a certified copy from Federal Court.   
   I'm wondering if you have any advice as to what I should do.   
   Health Canada has had my renewal since JUNE 8TH. I have   
   attached a recording to this email, in which the agent I spoke   
   to said application for renewal & medical document are filled   
   out fine, no issues what-so-ever.

   JCT: So, to avoid having to prod Health Canada tomorrow after   
   seeing a judge, Mr. Prefontaine has to prod them to issue his   
   renewal and let him know by today, or it gets filed tomorrow   
   for another teleconference hearing. I don't think he wants to   
   be embarrassed again by Health Canada's stalling.   
      
   Let you know tomorrow whether the Director General at Justice   
   can convince Health Canada that a 15th week is too long. I   
   hope I don't have to work on this during tonight. But the   
   pleasure of dragging them in front of a judge after 15 weeks   
   would be lots of fun. Ray's hearing was. Judge ordered Health   
   Canada to show up Saturday morning to explain why they didn't   
   get Ray's renewal out on time Friday night.
