   JCT: Guy Potier was busted growing 8 plants for his wife with   
   cancer. After filing his Quash Motion, the Crown was quite   
   upset and laid extra charge for a gram of resin.   
      
   But this morning, a new Crown offered him a discharge upon   
   condition he be good 18 months and do 200 hours community   
   service. I told him to fight the community service, that's a   
   lot, a month's work. He did and so he got his Conditional   
   Discharge for 100 Hours of CS and 1 year probation.   
      
   Another of Justin's Busteds whose problems have disappeared.   
      
   And the judge ordered the return of his equipment since he's legal now.
