       [11] ORDERS the appellant to surrender himself to the   
       prison authorities within 72 hours of this judgment.   
      
   Imagine making a guy finish a mandatory minimum sentence after   
   it has been declared unconstitutional in another province   
   because it had no effect on the judge's decision. He'd have   
   found 6-months reasonable without a mandatory minimum. Sure.
